Answer:	Tough to tell. Seeing some of the photos in this listing here showing "TAIWAN" stamped into some of the tools, I went and double checked my set just now. I confirmed that not a single tool, socket, or bit had any country's name on it, not even the plastic case (which did say Apex tool group). But the cardboard outer box says Made in Taiwan on it. I'd feel better if the tools themselves said Taiwan too, and of course even better if they said USA.

Answer:	I believe so, also the largest socket wrench came broken with my set, but otherwise a good set. I had another tool to replace the broken item but needed the socket set so it is ok, but definitely not good quality.
Question:	Do the pieces actually stay in the case or do they fall out
Answer:	Hi, Yes, they do if you snap everything back in properly and firmly and open it up just like it's shown in the picture. But if you were to turn it upside down and open it from the other direction the sockets will come out so if you set it down correctly and open it with the sockets on the bottom side everything stays in place.
