Answer:	I wouldn’t recommend as I never received the missing hardware for the second rack and only have one hat is usable. When “laying flat” it still sticks out a few inches. I’m just seriously disappointed that I paid for two racks and basically only received one.

Answer:	I feel it’s unnecessary. The bottles don’t drip. If they do, clean out the spicket by unscrewing it off and rinsing it, there’s probably a piece of dried up soap causing it to leak. This contraption tolerates leaks. Also, I don’t really see what major problem this solves.

Answer:	It is definitely all stainless steel, so there's no real reason why it couldn't but put up outside. I put mine over my laundry room sink, so things could drip dry into the sink. The only thing about putting it outside might be the wind lifting it up enough to disengage the supports. You could avoid that by bending slightly the tabs that hold the support bar to make them fit more snuggly. Good luck.

Answer:	I did some research before purchasing. Yes, it takes 6mos. for the plant based straw to decompose, so technically you can wait. I did not find any information about the effects on the turtles vs plant based straws. But I can follow their logic, it’s better than the alternative - plastic.
