Answer:	I have the same clock with the same problem. The sensor worked for a couple of weeks and then just stopped. Company has removed the ability to leave a message and does not answer this number. I have not been able to contact them or even find an address, email or physical, to contact them in writing. I contacted Sharp, because their name is on it, and they really don't care or have anything useful to offer other than the same phone number that hasn't been working since at least March 2020 when I first started trying to contact them. Don't waste time or money on the absolute garbage clock from Sharp, Model SPC1107. It's not really a Sharp product , and there's no way to ever get any help WHEN (not if) it fails. The only fix for this junk clock is to simply not own one.

Answer:	You can set the time without the transmitter and it will keep time, the time just won't be atomically correct. If the transmitter can be picked up, though, the clock will automatically pick it up and use it. You can't turn the transmitter off.

Answer:	I have the 512 B-811 Clock and I have the same issue. I have to put the outside sensor just outside my window to make it work. Answer:	I noticed some reviews from about six years old saying that it's quiet and all the recent ones say otherwise. Mine is 11 years old and is one of several of this brand that I have owned. I can hear the ticking just fine from across the room, and the sound made at 15 second intervals (0,15,30,45 seconds) is more pronounced.
Question:	Will this clock work correctly if hung on a north facing wall
Answer:	You have to remember that it depends on where you are located from the NIST transmitter located in Boulder Co. Most Americans are east of Boulder hence the recommendation to mount it on a west facing wall close to the outside. If you are south of Boulder than a north wall would be best. The farther away from Boulder the weaker the signal. I'm all the way on the east coast and can receive the signal well enough to maintain synchronization with the atomic clock. The only cliches occur at the daylight saving time changes but that rights itself in a day or so. Mine fLa Crosse lasted thirteen years and I'm about to order this one as a replacement. Well worth the investment!

Answer:	Not sure of the type os wood but it is finished very nicely. Stained to a beautiful finish. The schedule for daylight savings time is wrong and impossible to get tech support from the company. I recommend you take a pass on this clock. Answer:	No idea why your clock is losing time. I’ve had mine for 6 months and it keeps time perfectly. It also changed for day light savings time. Maybe you should check the batteries just in case your power is being interrupted. Ask for a return authorization, get a new one. Hope you have better luck next time.

Answer:	Power cord is 5 feet long.
Question:	Can I change the temperature to celsius
Answer:	yes,,you can by pressing the TIME SET button once and the degree symbol will start to flash. During that time press the + or - tp select Celsius or Fahrenheit.
Question:	Is this an atomic or skyscan that sets from satelite?e
Answer:	It is atomic I believe. You set your time zone ( it is shipped already set to EST) If the power goes off it keeps the correct time for when the power comes back on but the alarm does not work during the actual power outage. I have not yet found one that does.

Answer:	Yes, it can show 12- and 24-hour time. I have mine set on the latter. There are instructions in the manual for how to switch it.

Answer:	No. It has a multi color display. It also features the backlight dimmer that has high, low or off.
