Answer:	Controls are on the back of the clock. Use the horizontal arrows, left or right to the correct location of what needs to be changed. Then use the vertical arrows, up and down to set the correct hour,minures, time zone etc. . By unplugging and replugging in the clock should reset to the correct day, date and year.

Question:	Can the preset cycle start times be changed? i'm afraid my husband would think "pre dawn" means "nearly time to get up
Answer:	The cycles are pre-set & cannot be changed. Our clock says "Before Dawn" (not Pre Dawn). The tricky part is that after Midnight, the Day & Date changes to the next day. Technically, anything after 12:00 midnight would be "Morning". Since displaying the word 'Morning' would really be too confusing for many seniors & may cause many people to get up out of bed, we carefully chose the words "Before Dawn" to hopefully pre-empt this problem. If you want a clock to say NIGHT all night long until it's actually time for your loved one to get up, we would recommend getting the Dementia Day Cycle Clock. It will not give the exact time, it would read: "Now it's Thursday Night" all through the night until whatever time you set it to switch to "Now it's Friday Morning". The cycles on that clock can be changed. Question:	how accurate is the clock
Answer:	Today is June 12, 2019, 4:50 pm.......my clock is saying it's June 11, 9:45 PM. I just tossed it in the trash because NOW I can't even set it to the correct day and time. Also, if the power is interrupted it's suppose to return to the correct time when power resumes. No......it doesn't. Answer:	There is no school bell, but you can DIY one or more for yourself with this clock. You need to prepare one or more images with text like '' it's time for school '' or ''go to online class'' , and creat one folder or more in your USB drive, name the folder alarm01, or alarm02..alarm05, drop the message photos into the folders, and plug the USB drive into the clock. turn on the clock, and go to the setting menu, set the time for alarm01 (if folder in your USB is named alarm01 and droped with message photo), and choose the week day. If the above instruction is not clear to you, you can follow 'personalize your reminder' section in the user manual. or write to [email protected] to get support
Question:	Before purchasing i want to know if the closk has the ability to remind my mother to take her bath on mon, wed and fri each week and repeating wks
Answer:	you can choose daily (everyday), one of the week days from Monday to Sunday, everyday from Monday to Friday, or everyday from Saturday to Sunday, but it can't be chosen on mon, wed and fri. the repeat is weekly, means it repeats every week, not once off Thank you for your question :)
Question:	Do you have a clock with kid's activities? reading time? bed time? teacher class? outside playing time? nap time
Answer:	+1 on this idea! I think you would find a lot of parents interested in a clock like that especially with so much remote learning in our world today! Another thought: could you provide the ability to either provide an electronic voice or to record a voice sound bit to accompany reminders? Even better would be to make the entire device blue tooth enabled so that I could manage everything via a mobile app or laptop to add, change it remove reminders more easily. Voice activated with Alexa is another thought. ☺️
