Answer:	This fits in any 1 gang box. That means you could use it in 2-4 gang box if you wanted. It does use the standard rectangular plate. I just replaced my vent fan and the old one didn't have a light with the fan as the new one does. I just have the light come on when the fan comes on. I have it in a three gang box with a bathroom light switch and a heater fan switch and the sensor switch. All are the new rectangular style.

Answer:	It's what it does - but mine can be set as low as 10 minutes beforehand I want to wake at 6AM so I set my alarm for 5:50 - the light gradually comes on for 10 minutes and the tone chimes at 6

Answer:	You can only dim the daylight color. When you try to dim the other colors it will just cycle through all the different colors.

Answer:	Yes, you can directly control the volume of the sounds (0-10) and the intensity of the light (0-10). I usually like to set a vibrating alarm on my watch and the light with no sound. Makes a very mellow wake up especially in the early mornings before the sun light comes through the windows.
Question:	I used this for the first time today and noticed that the alarm turns off by itself 5 min into it. (have it set to radio) is this normal
Answer:	This is how they are apparently (poorly) designed to work. I am probably going to try and return one I was going to use as a gift because of this. 30 minutes before the alarm time set, the light will gradually increase and the audio alarm will commence at the time programmed. The audio alarm (regardless of the alarm sound or radio chosen) will then play for 5 minutes. After which, the light and audio alarm will shut off. I like to lay in bed for at least 15 minutes listening to the news on the radio and I find this very irritating. However, I have to say I will keep one of these as the gradually brightening light feature is much more effective at waking me up than I would have guessed. It is more effective at waking me up than the daylight lamp on a light timer that I used to use. Which would just come on full bright at my chosen time. I might set an additional clock radio to go off at the same time to compensate.

Answer:	Yes, I've had mine for more than maybe a year and a half, and mine suddenly stopped working recently. I bought batteries and put a new battery in, but this did not help. Just to check, I put the old battery back in, and I found that the light still works; only the clock doesn't. Not sure if this is the fault of the clock or tampering by someone, but I love the clock so am buying another one.

Answer:	As i remember, you just click it down no? Honestly, I'm surprised you even got yours to work right. Ours always did the alarm at the opposite time of day (7 p.m. vs a.m.), and switching it in the alarm area didn't seem to matter.

Answer:	We were only able to get one.
Question:	I saw some reviews mentioning that it plays music. What kind of music? Is it a clock radio
Answer:	We couldn't get it to either. Even after adjusting the 12h and 24h switch, it still remained in that mode. We ended up sending it back for this, and many more reasons.
Question:	I just received this and can’t get it to light up. i tried pressing the tap buttons but that does nothing. how does it light up
Answer:	Sonja, I don't think it's designed to work with a 3-way circuit. You would have to place it electrically right between the fan and the two switches. Basically, when it was off, the 3-way switches would appear not to work. When it was on, one of the 3-way switches would have to be on. It can't just replace one of the three way switches. I'm not an electrician (but worked with electronics all my life), so anything I've just told you is my best guess. I would try contacting Panasonic with an email to see if anyone makes what you're looking for, or if this switch could possibly work.
