Question:	can you set this to a 10, 15 or 20 minute timer
Answer:	These were a drop-in for my Gretsch Streamliner. Best to grab a caliper and compare to the drawing. One thing to be aware of is that the posts on these are quite short by design. No need for multiple windings with locking tuners.
Question:	Can you set multiple alarm times
Answer:	I ordered a set in 2018 from this same listing. As I recall, the description at that time stated that they were staggered, which is what I wanted. Now "staggered" is not mentioned, but I see that some people have still received staggered ones in the past few months. This is confusing. I have a current need for another staggered set.
Question:	Does it have vibrate option for when alarm goes off
Answer:	I tried installing these on a different Ibanez and they did not fit, since the staggered height made if too short for the 2 highest strings. I would recommend against staggered unless it is called for (like a Fender/Squire).
Question:	How long do the batteries last
Answer:	Yes, but note that these are staggered post tuners such that the higher (thinner) strings will have shorter posts and be closer to the guitar headstock and the angles between the strings will not be the same. Jackson's headstocks are designed such that they don't require staggered posts. If you want to maintain the look and tone by keeping the string angle the same, you want tuners with all the same length posts. Gotoh Schaller-style or Magnum Lock-trad tuners are both direct replacements, as are Planet Waves Auto Trim, or you could order 6 individual Hipshot tuners of all the same length post.

Question:	How do I change it from 24hr to 12hr
Answer:	Putting them on a Squier will work. These tuners requires a 10mm mounting hole. Just drop out one of your existing tuners and measure the hole. Many Squiers will need you to enlarge the hole slightly to fit, but this should not be a problem. A few turns from a reamer will open the hole for you no problem. Other Squiers will be ready to go. Sorry but Fender has used many factories over the years and this hole size has varied from time to time.
Question:	How do you set the day? i have set everything else and click the set many times and the year never comes up. i don’t understand this
Answer:	Looking at photos on Google it looks like they may not drop-in fit. The original tuners seem to have the screw-tab at 45-degrees at the bottom. These Gotoh tuners have the screw in the centre. Please check your guitar to confirm. You could still fit these, you would kist need to drill new holes for the screws.
Question:	Is this the room indoor temp or outdoor temperature
Answer:	That model Epiphone appears to have vintage-style tuners with a screw at the top and bottom. These only have on screw so if you use them you will be left with a screw hole showing.

Answer:	These are for right handed guitars and on a reverse headstock you'd have to drill new screw holes but they will fit

Answer:	Looking at photos of that guitar they look to be a drop-in replacement. The screw tabs are at 45-degrees, the same as these. The main hole diameter is usually a standard size.
Question:	White readout or blue? The listing shows a white readout for the numbers but customer pictures all show blue
Answer:	My squier strat is from the 90s and I had to drill out the tuner holes to 3/8" in order to install these gotoh tuners. It's not very hard (drill from both sides, drill all the way in reverse) and the tuners are phenomenal. I read that after 2004 they started making squiers with larger holes that will fit these tuners.
