I actually ordered and paid for the "Noise Cancelling" Sony Premium Lightweight Extra Bass Earbud Headphones with In-line Microphone and Remote for Android Smartphone (Blue), but received these instead. There was a $10 price difference and Amazon graciously refunded the $10 as I chose to keep these since they no longer carried the noise cancelling. Answer:	The DITRA heat wire is just a little larger than some of the other brands of floor wires. I used the one from Warming Systems. Slightly smaller, but holds fine on corners and direction changes as the Ditra heat mat has a slight "lip" to it. On straight runs if the cable wanted to lift up any or seem loose, I just used a small dab of hot glue. Very easy to install floor heat using this system.

Answer:	Physically or software wise? If you are trying to physically access it, you should be able to do what Jon recommends and remove the screw to gain access. If you are trying to access the SD card for playback, you should be able to click the playback button at the top when you log directly into the camera. If you do not see anything when you try to search in the playback window, you may want to make sure the camera is set up to record. To do this go to Configuration ->Storage->Record Schedule. From here, you can set up how you want the camera to record at specific times. If you want it to record all of the time, make sure the entire schedule is blue. While you are in the storage section, this is a good time to head over to the "Storage Management" tab and ensure it sees the card properly. You may have to format it the first time you use it. Be sure to clock save anytime you make a change and good luck!
