Question:	How to connect only the right (or left) earbud to your smart phone
Answer:	To be more simple use those earbuds,We Suggest that only right earbuds could use mono mode. In fact both earbuds could use mono mode, but it need some tricky skill to set it up. It need to ensure the one earbud in charging case.(which means this one earbud remain shut down) Then the other will enter mono mode as you turn it on. at this time the other earbud will act as a single independent bluetooth earbuds.
Question:	how is the lip-sync with tv's with paired to the tv/or transmitter
Answer:	This is refer to low latency issue. If you TV or transmitter are compatible with Bluetooth 5.0 Latency was hardly notified.as Bluetooth 5 technology was focus in solving this issue.
Question:	My right and left ear buds won't connect with each other, but I can connect to each individually on m phone. I've tried resetting them without success
Answer:	You could have a try of factory reset pairing: 1.Delete all paired Bluetooth devices in your cell phones. 2.Turn off your Bluetooth.(Put both earbuds into charging case.) 3.Double click the multi-function button immediately after remove both the headphones from charging case, then both headphones power on automatically. Answer:	Put the 1 in that u want to pair/connect and tap the middle with ur finger till it says pairing, then go into ur Bluetooth setting and hit the name of the Bluetooth and it should pair.

Answer:	For sure, it looks nice, sounds good and stays in pretty well! For me personally, the volume up and down function sometimes a little confusing, I do sometimes shut down the device instead of turning the volume up. But for kids that age, I dont think they will have many complaints.

Answer:	Do you mean that they both don’t work at the same time? They aren’t synced when sound comes out? You should be able to pull both of the out at the same time and they will both connect to your phone. You may have to go into your Bluetooth settings and connect them there instead of automatically. Make sure the light on each headphone is flashing blue/red, that means they are waiting to pair with a device.

Do you know any way I can get more volume without paying every month .or do you make a set that is louder .it says hold the right one down twice for more volume.

Bluetooth Earplug When the two earphones can't pair with each other or can’t connect to your device, How To Reset？

1. Forget the “J3 ” earbuds device from your bluetooth on your phone.

2. Take out two earbuds from the charging box and turn them off.

3. Long press the Multifunction Button of the left and the right earbud for 10 seconds until there are orange and white lights flashing for 1 second and then turn off automatically.

4. Turn on the earbuds again, after 2 seconds, double press Multifunction Button of both earbuds and they will connect to each other. After connected successfully, both LED lights will have blue and red lights flicker alternately.

After resetting, please connect the earbuds to your phone according to the above methods.

Question:	How is the sound quality of bluetooth headphones
Answer:	In my life, it is NOT "all about the bass." I use these as I exercise, sometimes listening to music, sometimes to podcasts, and sometimes to audiobooks. I am very happy with them, and more than satisfied. Certainly they give me better sound quality than I have had before. Assess the purpose for which you intend to use these. If you ARE "all about the bass," those who are saying "poor quality, no bass" may steer you elsewhere. As for me, I have no complaints.
Question:	Do these sync everytine they are taken out of the box to my phone or do they to be re connected
Answer:	Yes, the earbuds will auto connect with you if you always sync remove they out of box.
Question:	Can you use only one earbud at a time
Answer:	Yes, you can use both earbuds individually. The left earbud will automatically work independently of the right one but the right earbud connects to the left until you separately pair it to your phone. Put the left earbud in the case and manually pair the right one to your phone. Hold the button on the right earbud until the lights blink to indicate pairing, then connect/pair it to your phone. I labeled them X9-Rt and X9-Lt to distinguish between the two.
Question:	how is the sound of the wireless earbuds
Answer:	Wow unless I got a severely defective pair, these sound terrible. When I first tried them on for a couple of minutes they sounded pretty loud on max volume but with absolutely no bass. Now after 10 minutes or so, the volume is no where near what they were when I first put them in my ears and there is still no bass. Compared to $25 Soundbuds slim+ earbuds (also Bluetooth) these $50 ear buds are complete garbage in terms of sound quality. I was looking for an upgrade not a severe downgrade. I will return these and possibly replace because they might be defective. I will update if possible.

Answer:	I've got small ears. They don't fit to tight or too lose. Once you choose the right buds, the hooks shouldn't be a problem.

Answer:	I have not noticed that it makes a sound in my ear due to bouncing.

Answer:	I’ve used these for two years: running, lifting, cardio workouts, etc and staying in has never been a problem. And I sweat a lot during running and I’ve had no problems.
Question:	What to do when running and not listening to them? Do they just hang around a neck and bounce? Can't they fall off
Answer:	Ok I know this is a really silly question, and everyone is rolling their eyes at you, but I have a protip. Cord goes behind your head, then hook the 2 earpieces together, then bend the silicone earpieces back and catch them on their own buds. Do it on both sides and it kind of "locks" them into each other (that or you know, pockets). I actually usually have a bandana on so I'll hook one side into the bandana real good and just keep one earbud in so I can hear if traffic is coming, but you can take the other one out and hook it to the bandana too.

You can also charge that way or through one of the earphones on one of those chargers that you lay it down on. My one objection was there was nothing to tell you what it does. They are comfortable and fairly light to wear. I am sorry I am not more experienced with them. I am someone that likes information with products. It has a nice caring case for it, they are comfortable, and I haven’t figured out yet whether you can talk on the phone with them. Beautifully packaged!
