Answer:	I ordered this item so it would not arrive at Xmas. The USPS notified me they would be delivering it the day before Xmas. It is now Jan. 12th and I never recd. it. I am unable to walk the mile to my PO due to ill health. My postman said the main PO in my neighborhood has undelivered Xmas boxes piled to their ceiling and undelivered. Iwill never rec. this order. Answer:	Yes a drain pump is included...I assume its internal. It works in our kitchen at work and it pumps water up toward the sink next to it. The sheets are small and very easily break apart when falling or touching with scooper. You can make the cubes very thin too...we absolutely love the ice this produces. Just make sure the plumber installs an in-line filter same day as installation. For the first couple of days the ice tasted bad without it.

Question:	can you mount this on a wall or something
Answer:	The heater does not have any mounting holes. The internal fan, which is quite a good size (and VERY quite), draws in air from the back through an approx. 5" round vent. With this in mind, the fan could be placed on a small wall hanging shelf (that would allow the rear fan vent to draw in air without obstruction; given that the back of the heater would have at least 2-3 inches of clearance). It would be very "do-able" and very easy to construct. In my opinion, using wood as material should not create any safety concerns, as the ENTIRE plastic housing is not even warm when the unit is on. Great question and idea!
Question:	does it start automatically at night if I set the temperature before I go to sleep
Answer:	There is a knob/dial on the right side that should turn the unit on/off so the room stays at a set temperature, but it does not work the way it is supposed to. The room will be too hot before it shuts off and too cold before it starts up again. I definitely do not advise leaving it running when you go to sleep.
Question:	will this automatically shut off, if it over heats or if it's tipped over? thanks
Answer:	Mine tipped over and kept oscillating and full heat face down into my purse on the floor. It melted everything in there....my glasses, credit cards, lipsticks, etc. I am glad that I woke up. There was no auto shut off, alarm or reduced heat.

Answer:	I actually DECREASED my monthly electricity bill for my two-bedroom apartment by over $50 by using this heater, coupled with a timer to shut the heater off when I don't need it running.

The Technology

The dual-stack convection technology featured in the Envi was born out of years of research and development to find a solution to effectively and safely heat a room using the smallest possible amount of electrical heating energy. Dozens of heating methods were evaluated to fine tune the Envi heater, but eventually the answer was found in a naturally occurring phenomena called the "stack effect". Question:	How long is the power cord
Answer:	Short answer is maybe 2, but 2 can still trip your breaker if its on the same circuit (each room is typically a different circuit) and running at 100%. This depends on your circuit, most are 15A or 20A. Loosely the math is 120V * 15A = 1800W. In the 1800W scenario you can have 1.8 of these units running at full capacity. At 120V * 20A = 2400W you can have 2.4 of these heating units at full capacity. Given you may have other appliances in the room on the circuit you might not be able to run 2 of these units if that is the case. Best bet is to get one for each circuit (typically by room) or move up to the 1500W model for each circuit.
Question:	Would this be good for a small bathroom that is unheated and has cold tile floor? Would infrared be better

Question:	Can this be used in an outdoor, glass-covered sunroom that does not have heat
Answer:	I have used this heater continuously for a few weeks. In a small uninsulated area approximately 200 sq. ft. it has done very well. very simple to operate and safe, light and easy to mount it will cost you the use of 110v outlet.
Question:	Does the front of the unit get hot
Answer:	It is small but powerful for it's size. It's about two feet high and a foot and a half wide, only a few inches deep. It mounts on the wall in just a couple minutes, very easy to put up. I use a couple space heaters in my small home because it's old and doesn't have a central heat source. There are two, small electric base board heaters for the whole house and the space heaters do a good job of compensating. I live up north and we are experiencing wind chills of up to 50 below zero at times. On those INSANELY cold days it does take two space heaters to heat our home. However, when the temperature is up to 20 above or more, the Heat Storm does fine on it's own.
