Question:	Why is this wax supposed to not be filtered and reused? If it is just for my own personal use What would the issue be
Answer:	I’m not sure about anyone else but I was trained to NEVER double dip. I never use the same spatula twice. My wax is always reused. I am assuming by filter you mean to water it down. I would never water down my products your result would be half as good. If it’s only for you I guess it’s your choice in a professional setting never water down and never double dip
Question:	what is the difference between the tin and the bags ? and what parts of the body is for hard and soft with this ? first time user help
Answer:	I have only bought it in the tin format because I have the GiGi warmer. The tin fits perfectly. If you purchase the bags you most likely will need to buy an empty tin to warm the wax up if you have a warmer, or you can put the wax is some microwaveable container and heat it up that way. I have used both hard and soft waxes at home, and I hands down like the hard wax the best. You can essentially use hard and soft wax interchangeably, both are good for facial waxing and body waxing. I started off with soft wax to wax my lips/eyebrows. However I also use retinol-based facial products. If you use retinol-based products you need to stop using them for 5-7 days before soft waxing because soft wax works not only to remove hair but is an exfoliant so it takes the top layer of skin off while waxing, this is the type of wax you put on then cover with a strip of cloth which you then rip off. Unfortunately for me, I never got the hang of using the soft wax without ripping off a good portion of skin with it that then needed to heal. This is most likely because I don't have enough experience with soft wax. I then switched to hard wax, it's fantastic. I don't need to go off my retinol products because the hard wax only attaches to hair. This is the type of wax that you put on the area, allow it to harden until its tacky then pull the wax off, no strips necessary. The one thing to remember is to use a light layer of oil (baby, azulene, argan etc) over the areas you are going to wax and it helps the wax come off more easily. Have used multiple times now and have not had any issues with damaging my skin while waxing. It can however be messy, so I usually just wax in small sections which helps decrease the chances of wax getting everywhere. I have waxed my lips eyebrows and arms with the hard wax. I am thinking about working up the nerve to give myself a bikini wax with it. The Cirepil blue wax is awesome stuff and saved me a ton of money.
Question:	Anyone use this on your legs? Success? Tips for use on legs? How long does it last
Answer:	It would be a waste of your money to use this on the legs, it would take so much and this isn't cheap, nor is it designed for the legs, there is cirepil, that is a soft wax that is great for the legs.. Answer:	Cirepil! Hands down. I switched to this wax and i love it! Im a professional body waxer and this is my blue miracle! Use a little oil on the skin first, then apply the wax and pull it off. Try some, i guarantee you will be hooked as well. Its not hard, its very pliable, almost like rubber. Make sur to keep your pot on low so you have a good sized ball in the center. Good luck! It leaves the skin cleaner looking than any wax on the market! I have tried just about all of tgem.

Question:	How do you replace the bulb
Answer:	I bought it June 1st. I have had it plugged in since I bought it and have not needed to replace the bulb yet so I’m not sure since I have soy wax in it now.

Answer:	Actually one wax square. However if you buy decent wax warmers it is more then enough to fragrance the room.
Question:	Both of mine came with a 5W bulb, but you say replace it with a 15W bulb
Answer:	If you want to use this night light as a wax warmer then yes, you would need to use a 15 watt bulb (maximum) to melt the wax. If it came with a 5 watt bulb then you would need to get in touch with the manufacturer and let them know that you didn't receive the proper bulb for your product. It may be faster and easier to just by a pack of 15 watt bulbs on Amazon.
Question:	Is this difficult to clean since there is no removable glass for the wax
Answer:	You can also use a jumbo cotton ball - put it in the melted wax and it will absorb most everything. Then take another new jumbo cotton ball and wipe the warm warmer clean.

Answer:	I'm not sure how a person would burn it in a candle. It turns to liquid and would surely douse the flame. I suppose you could melt a bunch of them and stick a wick in the middle of it and then let the wax cool off and harden. Then you could light the wick. That's too much trouble for me so I just use them as they are intended in a wax warmer.
Question:	does this smell like bbw sandalwood rose lotion
Answer:	Don't know; I can't recall smelling bbw sandalwood lotion. The melts however had a pleasant rosey smell.

Question:	Is one box enough to fully wax both arms and both legs
Answer:	Yes it works. Id trim a little first though. it hurts pretty bad but not for long. Hair doesn't grow back as fast as shaving. Its so worth the pain. If you hold it after removing it eases the pain. Pro Tip. If you're going to do it....commit to pulling the strip...don't stutter lol.

Answer:	It comes with cloth pre-cut strips. I wash and re-use them

Prep the area to be treated

Wash your hands. Thoroughly clean the area to be treated using the Nad's Pre-Wax Cleansing Soap. Ensure all oils, makeup and moisturisers are removed and then wipe skin completely dry.

Hair should be between 3 to 5 mm long for best results.

Apply the sugarl wax

Apply a thin layer of wax in the direction of hair growth. Coat the spatula with a good portion of wax and slowly apply a thin and even layer in the direction of hair growth.

Tip: If the environment is cold or the wax is too thick, heat in the microwave for 5 - 10 seconds.

Place the cotton strip

Immediately place strip over the wax. Using the palm of your hand firmly smooth over the strip 3-4 times in direction of hair growth.

Remove the strip

Holding skin taut with one hand, quickly pull strip off in the opposite direction of hair growth. The quicker you pull the strip back the more effective the hair removal. Remember to hold skin taut with the other hand and to pull close to the skin rather than away from the skin.

All done. Enjoy up to 8 weeks of silky smooth skin.
