Answer:	Yes, I keep mine on all winter at 55 degrees. Keeps the engine blocks on the cars toasty. I can start throwing heat by the end of my street on a 10 degree day!!

Answer:	no. you will have to order the "legs" to go with it. i have had mine a while, but do not have it set up yet to use. when I took it out of the box when I initially purchased it, i realized it can't sit up by itself. i did order the attachments to use with it, but like I said, I haven't gotten it set up yet.

Question:	How does the auto power off work? My pot just boils away and does not turn off
Answer:	Natural gas is considerably different from the cylinder gas LP or liquid propane. The orifice required for natural gas is much larger as natural gas has a lower BTU rating and requires less oxygen to burn efficiently and cleanly. You can not use propane in an appliance or heater rated for natural gas as the gas oxygen mix will be completely wrong and it will not burn properly and will be dangerous. The poor gas oxygen mix if you were to use propane would cause sooting in your unit and the soot might catch fire and thus could be disastrous! In other words DON"T DO IT! There are units that cost a bit more, in other brands and they are listed as dual-fuel and can be adapted to use either LP (propane) or natural gas and the book tells how to do it precisely.

Answer:	Depending on how close you mount, it should be fine. I would keep a vapor barrier of some sort to keep the heat absorbed by the heat shield away from the sheet rock.

Answer:	It is remotely located. Depending on the wire size - max length of 2 wire cable is 15' for No 18 wire, 30' for No 16 wire and 50' for No 14 wire.

Answer:	Your house pressure should be approximately 1/2# the regulator that is in the unit should take care of it . You should only have to go from valve to unit with approved supply line. This applies to natural gas not propane.

Answer:	Yes the unit comes with the mounting kit.
Question:	How long is the cord
Answer:	I love this heater and I haven’t reviewed it or been paid by somebody to review it, but it really heats our master bed and bath well (and fast) in the winter even when it’s -20. I have it hanging on the wall and it comes with sheetrock screws which we used though it’s not that heavy. Our master bedroom is like 15x15 and we have no heat source inside - our main heat is gas in the house which doesn’t reach the bedroom too well when its -20. We did loose power a couple of times this year as it was a pretty tough winter and it does turn back on right where we left it set. It also didn’t hike the bill like a ceramic heater does I guess because it’s convection. Beware, it will roast you out quick in one room in 15-20 min if you crank it up! Hope that helps.

Question:	Does it pay to buy this expensive model vs. the lower cost model delonghi ew7707cm
Answer:	Both heaters will output similar amounts of heat, both being 1500-watt models. The major difference of the TRD40615T is a radiator fin design that radiates less of the total heat to the sides. This means: 1) you (or family members) will be less-likely to burn yourself if you accidentally brush against it, and 2) you don't have to leave nearly as much space around the heater for safe operation (but you still have to leave space, of course). Both heaters have 3 levels of power output, and a thermostat. The TRD40615T also has a mechanical 24-hour timer.Personally, I found the built-in timer indispensable. I don't think you can just slap on a typical power-outlet timer at the end of the power cord of a 1500-watt appliance and hope it is rated to deal with that kind of juice.
Question:	Does the cord get really hot
Answer:	The cord should never get hot. The plug should never get hot. If you place your hand on the power plug and it feels more than just a little bit warm (you need some judgement here) you probably have a problem with a bad outlet or wiring to that outlet and should turn OFF the heater or use a much lower power setting and possibly replace the outlet and check the connections.
Question:	Is it truly silent or is there a humming electric sound or clicking when it's on
Answer:	I can't speak for all, but while the timer on mine is silent, the heater makes a loud and very irritating clicking sound as it expands and contacts when the thermostat cuts in and out.
Question:	Does this heater turn on automatically when it's plugged in? My scenario is, I have a smart plug, and I want the radiator to turn on automatically
Answer:	It has a thermostat and a timer. To have the unit come on when a smart switch activates (make sure your smart switch can handle 1500 watts) the timer can be set to be on at all times. Of course it will only come on if the temperature surrounding the unit is colder than the thermostat if set for. It would be a waste of money using this model on a smart switch since the reason it is more expensive than the other heater models is that it has a built in timer.

Answer:	900 W. Too loud. I returned mine, then bought from eBay a Lasko CT14102 Slim Ceramic Tower Heater. I now own two of these - they are great!

Answer:	here's what the instruction manual for most of the Delonghi products say: "The use of extension leads is not recommended. However if they cannot be avoided, follow the instructions accompanying the extension lead and never exceed the power limit marked on the extension." Hope this helps!
