Answer:	Greetings,The only recipes I found where the couple that where in the manual & they where just the basics. I did however purchase "Cultures for Health Bulgarian Yogurt Starter Culture" here on amazon. It came with really good instructions & tons of tips & other info on their website. My first batch with the Starter was very thin, but had a good clean yogurt smell so i used it for my next bad.. the next was still a bit thin but by my 3rd batch I was getting a good taste & texture. You can also use a good store bought yogurt as your starter as well. The ones I tried that worked well where Activa & Stonyfield whole milk plain yogurt, both of these provided a decent yogurt. Flavorings can be added right before the yogurt is served. Sweet options include fresh or preserved fruit, honey, molasses, palm sugar, jam, and flavored syrups. All you need to make homemade yogurt is a half gallon of milk and about a half cup of yogurt. Whole or 2% milk will make the thickest, creamiest yogurt, but you can also use skim milk if you like. Question:	Does it work / have you used it with coal? (Anthracite for my coal stove, not charcoal). Coal is generally much harder to start than charcoal or wood
Answer:	I only used it with charcoal in a Komado Joe Grill; the type of charcoal is good quality as recommended by the manufacturer (their brand). This type of coal starts easily with typical coal starters (squares of compressed wood with wax). I bought the Looftlighter as a method of speeding up the process to light the coal - I was it on YouTube as a recommendation by users for quick starts to a komado style grill. Our experience is that it was not worth the time or money. Instructions show that you hold the wand near the coal and draw back after a few seconds and it begins to glow. the problem is that the glow is so small and the time it takes to fire up several pieces in the bowl, you could just throw in a few extra squares of fire starts and have the same effect. Komado style grills are designed for a reasonably slow heat-up to temperature before cooking. This is my experience; I don't know how it would translate to lighting a stove with anthracite.

Answer:	As I understand, fire generates smoke, so if you are lighting charcoal, there will be smoke. However this Looftlighter does not generate flames. One of the best methods of lighting charcoal in a short period of time without the smell or flames of petroleum lighter fluid. I was looking for quick lighting of natural charcoal (without fluid or fluid soaked packaged charcoal) and this is an excellent charcoal fire starter. Highly recommend, well worth the investment.
Question:	For the people who say it is the best method ever, have you used a propane torch? If so, how is this better
Answer:	I was using a propane torch before buying the Looflighter. Going from the propane torch to the Looflighter is like going from a flip phone to the iPhone 6. Answer:	Hello, First see that the log lighter will be in the center under the log grate. You can purchase a nipple at various lengths to assure this. I assume that you have a gas key as a shut-off high-low controller. Your has flames will be fine for lighting, Close the air mixer hole off. Propane is a liquid gas and requires air to be mixed with it. Natural gas is a GAS and burns great with out injecting the air. Let me know how great it works... OH YES, Lighting,,, Simply take your fireplace match or long propane igniter and place it on the ground where the threads begin, Turn the gas key on slowly and when lit adjust to the proper flame height.
