The Sena SMH-10 set for the Bell Mag-9 helmet has a special mic clamp/attachment setup that takes advantage of an exterior recess in the Bell Mag-9 and the Bell Qualifier DLX helmets. The regular Bell Qualifier helmet (without "DLX" on the end of the model name) does NOT HAVE THE RECESS. Answer: No, It is water resistant, but I have ridden through many a rain storm and never had a problem with the system, I wouldn't dunk it is a bucket of water but I would have no problem riding in the rain.

Answer: Yes, There is a jack for earbuds if you don't like the speakers. The Bluetooth provides the same functions as the phone. Nav and music at same time. I use earbuds myself. Sounds great.

Answer: 10s and smh10 both fit to the same clamp, i have both units. the 10s speakers are better.

Answer: NO, When you start a intercom conversation the music stops. The 10S does not have audio Multitasking feature. You would need the 20S.
