Answer: I can't say for sure but I had to modify two of them slightly for use on my '91' model. I had to bend one edge 90 degrees for mounting, I just stuck it in a vise to get the initial bend and adjusted it further with a Crescent wrench. So yes, depending on the differences are. I've had Whitfields and the majority of fans are somewhat universal, with minor adjustments needed to the wiring termination or mounting flange.

This nearly eliminated all of the annoying bearing noises it was making so have not installed the new one yet, keeping it as a spare. BTW, if your fans don't work at all, make sure Snap Disc #1 is working properly first.
