| Answer: | No it doesn’t have any bumpers or anything like that. Mine is an older stove so it is pretty tough but I haven’t had the fan move around on it’s own or anything so I’m sure if you were careful with putting it on the stove it won’t scratch. |

| Answer: | I didn't see that but I set mine on the raised brick hearth of my fireplace. With the glass doors to the fireplace closed, the "flames' reflect in the glass and more heat goes out into the room instead of up the chimney and it looks fine. Takes the chill off the room on these cold mornings. |
