Trouble Shooting:/b>

If the humidifier not used for a long time,the cotton core will be dry,which will lead to no fog.It needs to be soaked again.

It is recommended to use short cotton core, long cotton core fogs smaller in the case of low water level.

Replace the cotton core if it absorbs too many impurities.

Using too much of essential oils will lead to blockage of the atomized plate.Just use cotton swabs and a little vinegar to gently wipe the atomized plate in this case.

Answer:	The manual does not specify. The WiFi hub is well protected in the top part of the fan where it is anchored to the ceiling, and I so, I presume it can used outside. Might want to call the company or a dealer to find out exactly.

Answer:	I am not sure if they are outside, although I don't see why not. The BBQ black is warm black. Graphite is more on the cool gray/black...

Answer:	Yes. The reverse function is on the remote. Haven't set up the app yet. I presume it would be in the app as well.

Answer:	Yes. It comes with a remote that controls fan, light and speed etc. It has to be mated to the fan as per instructions in the manual, right after installing the fan. The light is soft LED and is not daylight LED. Overall, it is a very nice fan. Hope this helps.

Answer:	Yes. Just let the product set for a few minutes. Make sure you use a "dry" cloth, such as a wash cloth to rub and absorb the area. Let it dry and repeat until the stains are removed. BTW there are "free" neutering clinics in most cities. Call the Humane Society for references. Do hope this helps you.
Question:	Where can i purchase filters for the ht1701? i am unable to find them anywhere
Answer:	I use it for pet stains/accidents and just spray it right on, no diluting, but I also make sure I get most of it cleaned up

Answer:	I dilute it about 50/50 with water in a spray bottle. When I started using Bac-out, I was cautious about using it full-strength just in case it bleached out colors (but that hasn't happened).
