Answer:	My chubby non-cooperative cat gets 4or 5 treats a day in addition to "hairball" dry food and an occasional smear of laxatone. I get the value size tuna smart bites 4.6 oz bag, but it doesn't say how many are in the bag and I don't keep a record of usage, but Julia LOVES them. Take care.

Question:	Is it insulated or just a single layer
Answer:	My cats usually crack them in half with their upper palate or crunch them once or twice...but when they get that greedy I bury the treats in with their dry food.When the treats are mixed up in the kibble they have to slow down and hunt for them to dig those out.I would try that first, then maybe a treat dispenser that makes them work to get at it mix dry food in as well so not everything popping out should get gobbled. 

Answer:	I ordered the small in October 2018. It was a good fit for my unit that 18 3/4". It would be an awfully tight fit for 21 1/2" unit IF it would fit at all. I would go to the medium. The extra width on mine is not a problem, over 2" wider. Feel like you might be returning the small cover.
