Question:	Can this fan be mounted in the corner? Also, is the mounting hardware in the box
Answer:	1) Don't know but there is no difference between CFL or Incandescent. Both bulb receptacles (nite lite and regular lite) will accept both types of bulbs. The switches included are just on/off switches so there is no preference there either (if there was a dimmer then it would make a difference). The system is designed to supply 120VAC to all 4 receptacles over a 12 AWG (20Amp) wire - it doesn't care if there is an incandescent, LED or fluorescent screwed in. the nite lite receptacle is rated for 28W maximum and they don't recommend going over 60W for the main bulb - these are ratings for incandescent bulbs obviously.2) Specifications have the CFM at 60. I didn't measure:)3)There are two switch assemblies included and each switch assembly has two switches for a total of four switches (nite lite, regular lite, heater, exhaust fan). These switches will fit into a 2 gang electrical box and each assembly has a footprint very similar to a regular duplex outlet with a rocker switch on top and bottom. You need a 12/2 (ground, black, and white wires) cable coming from the electrical service panel into the box and you need either two '12/3' or three '12/2' cables going from the box to the Airking. this is because you need a common, a ground, and four hot wires going from the box to the Air king. As far as the wiring inside the airking ... Let me warn you - it's designed for man strength hands that are also toddler sized. Very tight fit to get all those wires nutted and connected inside the Airking. Also, prior to doing the wiring make sure your exhaust fan wheel is tight (it shouldn't rattle). It's easy to tighten before the wires are in but not so easy afterwards. One final note, this device requires it's own 20A circuit - can't put it on the same branch as your vanity lights or outlets. Answer:	I have only had to contact amazon once about a problem and it was handled quiet well. I was very pleased with the service. You need to contact the company first and give them a chance to help you, if they don't then call amazon. You should e mail the Co through amazon.

Answer:	My Air King is White as in the picture. I don't recall the mention of yellow in the description when I purchased mine. Function was most important to me and I'm well pleased with it's operation.

Answer:	Bought this last year. The switch is not included. But they are cheap and any electrician should be able to install. If you are replacing an existing exhaust you may need to add wires to use all four functions.

Answer:	I use my fan in my garage. I am located in Southeast Georgia, and relative humidity is always very high. I have not had any problems with its operation or with it rusting. Answer:	Probably not much....the SUNY has a few more patterns. I can’t speak for the SUNY but I have had this one of over a year and use it 3 or 4 hours a night 3 or 4 times a week. Still working as good as new. I have it mounted outside under a porch roof too. I love mine!

Answer:	The 20" floor model does NOT have a fully enclosed motor. I ordered the fan based on this answer from the seller that the motor was enclosed. The motor coils are open to the environment through many large slots in the motor housing. This is NOT suitable for dusty locations such as barns.

Answer:	Only when it is plugged into an electrical outlet.

Question:	Can the oscillating be turned off
Answer:	Yes, but it is not a switch or pull that does it. The oscillating arm would need to be disconnected. Easy, but not flip a switch easy.
Question:	Is this fan very loud
Answer:	on the high setting it is a little loud
Question:	Does anyone know What the db number for its noise level
Answer:	If I had to guess it's somewhere around 70-80db, depending on what setting you have it on. I base my guess on recent measurements I took for an outdoor AC condenser that my HOA required to be under 65db, and the fan seems maybe 10-15 db louder. On low speed I doubt this fan would keep you awake if you were 15 feet away or more, it doesn't really make much noise on low, but on high it sounds like a small airplane taking off nearby, but it's an outdoor fan so that may actually help if you happen to live near an airport by drowning out real planes.
