Answer:	Yes, it does a great job of cooling and a decent job of heating a room in our home. I would call it supplemental heat-if it isn't going to be super cold (-30), it should be fine!

Answer:	not easy but can be done. first unscrew the screw at bottom of back, then gently pry all the sides..I used a small flat head screw driver but a butter knife would work also. I was unable to totally remove all sides but could reach in and clean the fan along with the front and back screens. Reattach by gently pushing side back together. Love the power of the fan but the being able to clean easily I don't.

Answer:	It really depends on what you mean by quiet. You can hear it on low speed but it is not annoying. As you increase the speed, the sound because more noticeable. I would say that it is just as quiet as a 20" bladed fan can be. It is the blades rotating in the air that make the sound. The only way to reduce the sound would be to decrease the blade's angle-of-attack or decrease the fan's rotation speed. Either one results in less air movement. Sound is air movement, therefore, more air movement (which is what fans do) equals more sound. I hope that this helps.

Answer:	funny that the lady that responded to you has karren in their name.... they are deffinetly a total Karen. amp draw decreases with restriction but rpm increases. using a 2 inch filter will allow for more surface area which will equal greater overall airflow and better performance as well as larger surface area to collect dust. dont take what i say as fact just try it and see for yourself. save yourself some money and just buy a 20x20x2 inch filter and set it behind your fan. BOOM. done, and it will work better/ be easier on the fans motor/ have more airflow

Or buy two of the amazon fans for the same price a stage them for moving the air for you. I
