Answer:	Not all laptop Bluetooth connections are going to work well. You are best to use a Jabra Link 370 or 380 Bluetooth adapter to connect these to a laptop. These are consumer headphones and those adapters are included with the expensive work version of this headset (evolve2 85). Note that Jabra Link is not officially supported with this consumer headset but jabra forum on Reddit has user confirmations about this working better. Jabra support will reply to any questions with it not being supported.
