Answer:	Yes, it does. At least for the time it takes to power cycle the equipment it's attached to (a minute or two). I haven't tested to see if it keeps setting for longer. I'm guessing it has some nonvolatile storage for the settings, though, so they should be pretty persistent.

Question:	after plugging the unit in i can set all values as needed but it doesnt tell me how to turn the unit ON to start the temp control. how do you turn ON
Answer:	There’s no need to reset it if the humidity levels are where you programmed. It goes up and down to your settings and will turn off and on accordingly. If you want to turn it back on after it reaches the level and turns red then you’d need to reprogram it for a different level. For example, mine is set to stay between 45 to 55% humidity when it reaches 55% humidity the fan turns back on.
Question:	Can you turn off alarm sound permanently? It sounds for 99% humidity about 3am when condensation is accumulating on sensor
Answer:	I know this probably isn't condoned by the manufacturer, but I modified the outlet plug assembly by bridging the line connections with an appropriately sized jumper wire. Now you can control a single exhaust fan on either outlet with temp and r/h controls. When the run parameters are met on rh or temp. it will power the plug.
Question:	The sensor for humidity works well however when it reaches certain level and the plug should switched off (red light), how to reset
Answer:	As it says right in the item title, it can switch 10 Amps at 12 Volts. If you further read the description, it states that this is done on the screw terminals using an internal relay.

Answer:	Hi, Yes. It can display a temp of 220F, its controlled temp range is -58℉-230℉.

Answer:	You set the device to your ideal temp/humidity, when the device reads outside the perameter, the device supplies power the which ever item is plugged in. This device offers two plugs, one for temp and one for humidity

Answer:	Yes. How it works is there are two controls. One for temp and one for humidity. There are two outlets as well. One for temp and one for humidity. Inside the program mode you can set a temp hi or a temp low and same as with the humidity you can set a humidity high or humidity low. You can not set both hi and low for the same function. Example: if you set temp high and plug an air condition in the temp outlet then it will kick the ac on when the temp reaches a certain level. You can set a temp low and have a heater plugged into the temp outlet and when the temp drops far enough the heater will kick on. Same scenario with the humidity outlet.

Answer:	To set the parameters, here's an example, HS=80,HD=10,DD=5 When measured humidity is higher or equal to 85(HS+DD), system enters dehumidification status; When humidity decline to 80(HS), dehumidification relay stop working; When measured humidity is lower or equal to 70(HS-HD), system enters humidification status; When the humidity raised to 80(HS), humidification relay stop working.

Question:	Can i reset the comfort range? 79 degrees f is much too high to be comfortable imo
Answer:	Actually the temp does have a bearing on the comfort indicator as amorina states. It will need to be a minimum of 20 degrees and between 50 and 70% humidity to indicate as comfortable. I agree with you that this is a little high and perhaps 18 would be ok. Other sources state that 40% humidity is ideal so who knows!I think just go with what feels right. In answer to your question though unfortunately the comfort range can not be reset or altered.

Answer:	In China. I bought 3 of them, but don't find them useful. The setting for humid, dry, comfort is inaccurate for a relativity level reading in a home environment. At least in the Midwest region. They say 49% is dry when in fact it's too much for a home to carry, at least in the winter colder temps.

Answer:	This is probably too late to be of use to the original poster, but maybe it will help someone. I purchased mine in March of '17 and the unit just died on me this past weekend, I was still using the original battery. I changed the battery and the thermometer was still dead, but that's less than $10 for nearly 2 years of service on a single battery.

Answer:	Calibrate means that you adjust your measuring tool (e.g. thermometer, hygrometer, speedometer, etc.) to give a known value when it's measuring (detecting) that value; you usually do this by adjusting a screw or other mechanism that results in the unit showing a 'reading', or measurement, of that known value on its display or output. This unit does NOT have any calibration adjustment.

Question:	Is there a wireless (wifi) version of this controller
Answer:	Yes. You can set a set point with a range. Say you want it at 65% humidity. You set it to 65% with a variance of you’re choice. Say 3%. So if it goes down to 62% it will turn in the humidifier until it reaches 65%. If it goes up to 68% it will turn on a dehumidifier.
Question:	What is different with the "New Version
Answer:	You can just set the alarm setting very high so it will never go off. Mine is set to like 140 degrees. So if that goes off we have a bigger problem.
Question:	Could I use this to turn a room humidifier off and on at a certain humidity level
Answer:	ei.. if you want your temp between 62 & 68 degrees. Set the first temp setting at 68 and then the 2nd setting at 62. Your AC will kick on when it gets to 68 and will shut off when it drops below 62. To use heater option, just do the opposite. Set the first temp setting to 62 and the next to 68.
Question:	Can you disable the alarm if don't need it
Answer:	I haven’t found a way to turn off the sensor’s alarm. I just turn it up to the maximum humidity setting. This would be the only setback on this unit
