DO NOT DISTURB THE MOLD! This needs a professional water restoration company to fix. I repeat DO NOT touch or disturb mold growing on drywall or carpet. Call a reputable water restoration company immediately, failing to deal with mold could void your home insurance policy.Now...if you have mold on the outside, simply clean everything with a 10% concentration of household REGULAR bleach, preferably Clorox. (Not laundry bleach alternatives like clorox 2, nor any with fragrance) I prefer to use Clorox, bc it's calibrated to exactly 6% hypochlorite. Generics are fine, but some have been tested at only 4-5%, which will not make a proper 10% solution. If you use a generic, make a 20% solution to be on the safe side.
