HEPA filter remove 99.97% of particles above 0.3 micrometers, and PM2.5 are right around 2.5 micrometers, so this would be extremely effective at doing so. This is true of all HEPA filters though, nothing special here.

Answer:	I would think so but you can go to their website and hit the contact button to ask. They are very responsive. Website is pureenrichment.com. The bulb has a 20,000 hour life so I would guess they last at least 5 years with normal usage. I wash the external large particle filter once per month and replace the whole filter unit every 6 months. I love these purifiers. We have 3 of them and I'm thinking of buying 2 more for the office.

Answer:	I find this unit noise compared to the MA25. This thing really needs a 4th speed. my results 3 feet away. Speed 1 - 35db, Speed 2 -44db, speed 3 - 48db. that said it does move a lot of air, you can clearly feel the breeze 15 feet away. If you have a larger room and don't mind the noise its fine. For smaller rooms go with the MA25 its nearly inaudible at lowest speed, very quiet at speed 2 and not bad at highest. It doesn't move nearly as much air so keep that in mind.

Answer:	Yes it will do that as it's very sensitive and accurate. That doesn't mean the temp and hum% aren't, also it shows the PM number for apprx. 10 seconds, temp and hum% only 4-5 seconds.

Answer:	You can leave it on all the time but I don't. If I want to run it in a certain room I close the door to that room. I don't want to breathe it. But it works great. I run the HEPA filter a lot. Real happy with this product.

Answer:	I think 100% is a bit aggressive for any air purifier, but I can say it will definitely help reduce the smell of smoke, let's say 95% if you have it on Turbo mode for a while :)

Answer:	No its not energy rated but our unit uses a DC motor which is uses lower energy than most air purifiers that use AC motors.

Answer:	Please email us directly at [email protected] for a copy of the manual. To reset the filter replacement light, turn the unit on, then press and hold the power button for about 8-10 seconds and it will stop blinking.

Answer:	Probably have to reset the button. I normally would hold the blinking button down for like 5-10 seconds until it stops blinking

Answer:	As long as the room isn't too big it would probably at least help a little bit. The room we use ours in is 12' by 13' to control any pet odors from a cat. My wife and I are very sensitive to smells and it works very well for what we needed. Based on the price we wanted to try this plug in (which is very convenient) before we spent money on any of the larger more expensive units. Possibly worth trying. We currently have 3 of these. 1 in each of our offices and 1 in one room of the house.

Answer:	I run a daycare also in my finished basement. Depending on the size of your space, you may want their room size model. I have their model EV9102 UV Sanitizer. it's bigger and does more air quickly for my daycare. I use this tiny unit for my half bath and where I keep the litter box and it's amazing! The smell the other answer talks about does dissipate usually within 24 hours. If not, the company should take care of it. I've had zero issues with 3 units.

Answer:	Depends upon the size of the room. This unit has to cycle ALL the air in the room through it to remove all the germs from the room. This device is rated to clean 456 cubic ft in one hour. An 8 x 8 x 8 room is 512 cubic ft of air; takes 1.12 hours to clean. An 12 x 12 x 12 ft room is 1728 cubit ft of air; takes 3.78 hours to clean. I hope this helps. The 3rd number is the height of the ceiling, most are 8 ft tall.

Answer:	Hi! It is not recommended to use this device when you are in the house. When you leave, you can turn the generator on. The standard time to wait is 30 mins but, if you are concerned about specific groups like kids or elderly, they might be more inherently sensitive so you'd have to add a few mins more for them. Answer:	Hi Ben! Ozone Generators are not considered as a radiological device because it does not produce ionizing radiation, including, certain sealed radioactive sources. Ozone is generated by Corona Discharge (most common type) or Ultraviolet Light. Ozone generators deodorize, disinfect, kill or remove dangerous or irritating airborne particles in indoor environments. However, ozone is a toxic gas with very different properties to oxygen. Whether it is a pure form or mixed with other chemicals, ozone can be harmful to health. That's why we strongly recommend the use of ozone generators in unoccupied space with the right ozone output and time duration depending on the size of an area. I hope this information helps! Answer:	They only have a CE mark. They are well constructed. I first used one to eliminate a foul odor from a bank repossessed house. Took multiple cycles but it worked well.
