Answer:	These are spotting drills. They are used for starting holes in hard steel or for countersinking for setting screws. If I'm drilling, for example a 3/16 hole through hard steel, I'll use one of the smaller of these drills to get a good start into the metal and then use a succession of split points to make my hole. Starting a hole in alloy steel with a split point is really difficult. They are very easy to sharpen
Question:	I have one and trying to screw the base in, but the bolts/screws just keep turning and don't connect to the nut. Any ideas
Answer:	Definitely can be used for chamfering and they are HSS (High Speed Steel), aluminum is a soft metal and will cut easily into it

Question:	Is it guaranteed not to break
Answer:	Not sure if you can just buy the insulation foam mine kept coming out but I was disappointed in the cup and it’s function. My foam kept coming out the mount screw from the mount connecting the cup holder kept coming loose and the flipping over. Ended up getting rid on the holder.
