Answer:	We no longer make the Ionic Silver Stick and it has been replaced by the Hydro Cell. Furthermore, the Aqua Pro has activated carbon built into the filter so you would not need both. You could however use both for more protection and purifying of your water. Hope that helps!
Question:	Are these genuine Aprilaire brand or aftermarket filters
Answer:	Although they look the same, the dimensions may be different. You could always contact the manufacturer/distributor to check. That's what I had to do with my old purifier. Hope that helps.

Answer:	As far as I know it only fit Surround Air Intelli-Pro, but if the measurements are the same it may be worth a shot.

Answer:	Due to the design of it, the lock bar most likely won't snap in place if anything is placed between the filter and the case. Some saw dust is normal. It's a design flaw unfortunately. Honestly haven't had any running issues from the way it is set up.

Question:	Excuse me .. what it merv means
Answer:	For those reading, the question as it pertains to the "old" filter may be a reference to the Aprilaire 2210 air cleaner assembly before the upgrade kit is installed. The old filter was a pain in the azz to replace; this new filter slides in in 60 seconds. The filter fits some other air cleaners, but mine is an Aprilaire 2210 from 2002 with the upgrade kit. I am guessing that newer Aprilaire cleaners dropped the old design and use filters like this one.

Answer:	You can not hear dust. What you are hearing is airflow from your blower system flowing through your filter. The more your filters get full you will hear air trying to pass through your filters. If you have a gas heating system it has lots of dust.
