This next part is weird so please don't judge me...since he's a male and enjoys marking I went and collected some neighbors dog poop and placed it on the grass. Like magic, he peed right on top, we gave him lots of treats and praise and he learned that it was ok to pee on the indoor grass patch. After about 4 days he was confidently using it consistently so we removed the sod and he didn't even notice. It took some work on our end but he's been using the fake grass with no issues ever since.

I believe most, if not all, have some sort of citrus oil in them, so that is something to consider if you absolutely hate or are allergic to lemon or bergomot (type of orange). You may not smell the citrus depending on what scent you choose, but it will be there. Best bet is to order one of the gift sets that come with about 5 of the little disposable sprays (only 3-5 uses each). That way you can sample different popular scents.

Answer:	I keep mine in a plastic tray I got from Fresh Patch. I use the extra large tray and I cut the grass to fit it. It’s very windy on my balcony too and I haven’t had any problems with it moving around. I suggest using puppy pads underneath, changing the pads, rinsing the grass and tray every day. Otherwise it gets really stinky. I just use a mild dog shampoo on the grass and tray and rinse with my garden hose. I wouldn’t suggest getting something like this unless you have the ability to clean it outdoors and often.

Answer:	I think it could get stuck. I do not vacuum mine. I take it outside of the house, shake it well and wash it in the clothes washer regularly.

Question:	does the unit plug directly into the outlet or does it have a cord and whats the length
Answer:	I am not sure but I have thin hair and its very frizzy. I dont have to really brush out my hair when blow drying it to straighten it and it controls the frizz alll day. This is an amazing product! Best I have ever used even better than the super expensive one from a salon!
Question:	I'm sure I'm missing something obvious here.... but can someone link me to the replacement filters for this model? I would like to stock up
Answer:	This usually happens if the flat Iron gets overheated when placed in a confined area, or a hole on a salon station while turned on at 450F . The heat travels up the handle to the micro processor and overheats and damages it. Fortunately this Tao is backed by an excellent warranty. Just contact the manufacturer and they will take care of it for you . Hope this help!
Question:	how long do the filters last and can you buy them at a local store
Answer:	You can operate at 240voltage but it will not have 100 % full operate like 110 USA because of the international voltage power (may be 60-80 % power)
