Answer:	We just changed the filter on our Thermador T36IT 800NP fridge and are unable to get the change filter message to reset. Answer:	No nothing else :) Actually plants are fine to. The only precautions you need to take is people or animals because high doses of Ozone (this is a commercial very powerful unit) can cause lung irritants. I know some people who stay in the room but we dont suggest it at all. If you follow the instructions it works very very good at removing powerful odors. Question:	Can this be installed in a standard window
Answer:	The odor from these machines is similar to that of outside air just after a lightening storm. It's is a fresh type of odor but keep in mind this unit is not tone used in occupied spaces - it is much too strong for that. The space should be aired out after use before the space is occupied. Also it is important to remember that the source of the odor you're trying to remove must be eliminated for this to work - it will remove it but will not keep it from returning.

Answer:	Yes it will please read my review I posted today. The one thing that must be done is remove anything that has biological waste on it the smell will remain on it no matter what. For example if you have a sub floor and a person died on the floor that floor has to go and maybe the joists or encapsulate the joists. Anything that can not removed like a concrete floor has to be encapsulated. But the odor does in fact permeates anything and everything nothing in a house is safe from that odor no matter how far away from the body even the attic, but this machine works, even for that. I know first hand.

Answer:	Yes it is 120 volts. The problem is it cools, but it does not lower the humidity. I’ve never seen an air conditioner like it. No water drains out of the back. I have to run a dehumidifier at the same time which of course heats the room. Don’t buy!

This small unit is specifically designed to replace virtually any through-the-wall air conditioner quickly and cost-effectively. Depending on the existing sleeve’s size, Uni-Fit’s smaller dimensions may require the use of the included trim ring to bridge a small gap between the unit and the existing sleeve. The trim ring will fit gaps up to 1" on the sides and ½" on the top of the unit for a neat, finished appearance. All models include a remote control.

Answer:	I bought this unit about a month ago, it says it is a universal fit and it is adjustable that’s one of the reasons I bought this unit. When I measured mine right now the width is 24 inches and height is 14 inches. In the manual of this item it says the Wall-in sleeve Dimensions are: Height 15 3/4”, Width 26”, and Depth 16 3/4”. I didn’t install this myself I had a professional do it for me. I hope this information is helpful.

Answer:	Border is included. But I wouldn’t buy. The company had to replace 3 units. They were all received broken. I ended up going to Lowe’s and buying a different brand. LG does not make quality A/C units.

Answer:	I had a wall mount already in the wall I just bought the new sleeve to insert the new air-conditioner but not really pleased with this air-conditioner heater at my last one was the same BTUs this one doesn’t seem to heat and cool as well as the other one dead rethink the air conditioner

What is Klimaire DC Inverter?

Klimaire DC Inverter Air Conditioners are the ultimate cooling and heating technology of the HVAC field. They are called “DC inverter” because the alternative current (AC) is converted to Direct Current (DC) then, direct current inverted back to Alternative current with desired frequency.
