Answer:	This machine has 3 settings low, high & Medium when it’s on low it’s good but depending on what you are using it for. I use it mainly for sleep to keep the room from feeling stuffy and also for cooling because I am a very hot person and can’t stand the heat when I’m sleeping. I have noticed that I sleep much much better since I have been using it and don’t have to use my Inhalers half as much. I use it mostly without the ice packs because it gets cool without them and with them it’s like having an AC in the room. Very good machine and works very well. No problems so far and I use it every night. Hopefully this will help everyone that has concerns about this item.

Answer:	It appears these are sold and shipped from Amazon. I'm guessing it would be easier to just contact Amazon and report the broken shipment. Since this is a set of 4, I doubt they would have single glasses and therefore would just replace the set.

Question:	How do you drain the water? It says not to tilt
Answer:	I have an approximately 12lb cat. 7 months in the top 2 support poles won’t tighten anymore but they sway. This isn’t sturdy on the most important levels.
Question:	How long do batteries take to charge to full charge
Answer:	Would not consider them heat resistant. Certainly not to the degree a coffee cup would be. Have never tried to microwave. They are fairly thin glass. Hot tea or similar would require using several napkins or similar to hold the glass until the tea cooled. Beware burnt lips from glass edge. ALSO - They are decorative and unique, but not something I would consider kid, teenage, or frat party friendly. Keep them away from poolside use. Great for personal use or man cave addition. I keep one in fridge for my morning OJ or pineapple juice enjoyment.

Answer:	Don't know. I bought these over a year ago and no longer have the box. I checked the glasses and find no product markings.
Question:	How do you clean the inside of it? Mine is starting to smell and I can see dust inside but I can’t figure out how to open it
Answer:	I am not sure if they would stack well since they are of very poor quality and break super easily. There are far better quality Tiki glasses on amazon.
