Answer:	I've never had a lift chair but I believe it would work because the center piece (seat cushion) is a separate piece and could rise independently.
Question:	Does the cover allow for full reclining? None of the photos show fully reclined
Answer:	Not certain; but in my application of the product, it works in a semi-reclining position. Can't see why it would not work in a full reclining position.

Answer:	I don’t think so. It has a slit on the side of it for a handle. I had to return mine because I could not get the sleeves on the arm. I returned it and bought a chair cover. It does not have a slit in it at all.
Question:	On a Lazy Boy type reclining clair, how well does this hold up to the mechanical shifting and twisting
Answer:	All of these products have to be continually adjusted. Basically anytime you sit down and then get up the little foam pieces are popped out of the creases and need to be pushed back down. That wasn’t enough to deter me from purchasing. My furniture looked rough and didn’t match and it looks much nicer and is worth it to have to simply readjust it when getting up.

Answer:	I am a large woman and I sit in fine. I would be concerned for two things . The foot folding out takes some pull to use. The other it sits pretty low to ground..no have knee issues and it takes me some time to get the foot stool to go back and get up.

Answer:	you can sit in this chair without it rocking uncontrollably, it will only rock as you push it to. It does not have a lock to totally stop it from rocking,if that's what's being asked but it doesn't rock at all when it's reclined.

Answer:	No, there aren't any instructions included...at least not that I remember. It's the 2 screws holding the handle in and you follow down the recliner where the previous line connected. Should be a little hole in the bracket where you insert the 'S' end and that's really it.
Question:	is this a 3"x 3.5" replacement
Answer:	More like 2 1/2" X 3" rough hole size. The leaver section sticks out another 2". That is the part that got me in trouble because my chair has storage bins in the arms. But I was ale to use the cable as my handle was not broken, just the cable connection to it. Hope this helps.
