Answer:	Seems like it's over 60 inches. I used it for a live event and still put it up on a platform.

Answer:	Five inches has to be the depth. But those dimensions are confusing. This stand is being used at a gym I go to. The height right now with a 40” tv on it is approx five feet, the stand it self at widest point is two feet.

Answer:	I would think that in the lowest position you should be able to. I have a 65" one mounted and have no problems in the higher position.

Answer:	It mainly depends on your TV. If the mounting bracket is closer to the bottom of your TV, it will seem to be mounted relatively high. If the bracket is towards the middle or top (height-wise), it will mount lower and you may have the luxury of being able to adjust up or down. I have a 75 inch LG and at the lowest setting, the bottom of the TV is still nearly 36 inches above the floor. Sometimes I wish it could be set lower.

Question:	How much weight can the tempered glass hold? The middle floating glass
Answer:	Those specs are available at the buying site, I believe. I don't recall without checking. But they're sturdy. I have two smaller units on the short top shelf; three pretty hefty A/V components on the top, long tempered glass; and a pretty heavy Polk center-channel speaker (plus some substantial knickknacks) on the lower tempered glass.
Question:	For the height adjustment, can i have an 85 lowered to go pass the top shelf and not install the top shelf
Answer:	It might, technically, be possible but it would require some effort. The problem is that the left and right metal supports for the top glass shelf are part of the metal frame of the back of the stand -- it's all one piece. The shelf supports are welded to the back frame. Now, you could use something like a reciprocating saw with a metal blade or a hacksaw to saw off the shelf supports from the back frame thereby allowing you to mount your 85" past where the top shelf would go. Keep in mind, however, that the metal frame of the back and shelf supports is hollow so, if you did this, you would have holes in the back of the frame where the shelf supports were. Of course, your tv would cover these holes so they wouldn't show, but I'm unsure if removing the shelf supports would affect the integrity of the back frame. Initially, when I bought this stand, sawing off the shelf supports was my intention. I have a Tekton Audio center channel speaker that is very tall at 12" and I wasn't sure if there would be enough clearance between the top shelf and the bottom of my 75" tv. I thought I could saw off the shelf supports and put my center channel on the middle shelf. Turns out I didn't need to do this as mounting my tv high on the stand gave me enough clearance to put my center channel on the top shelf. You do have a fair amount of height adjustment with the stand. If you mounted your tv as low on the stand as it will go, the bottom of your tv wouldn't be much higher than the top shelf and the top shelf is only 22" from the floor. If your concern is having your tv at eye level, you can certainly have that with this stand without having to remove the top shelf unless you sit on the floor to watch tv. I will say it's a very nice stand. A tv looks awesome mounted on it and you can route all your cables behind the stand for a clean look. I'm very pleased with it. Any more questions, let me know.

Answer:	They list it as capable of supporting TVs up to 85". I can't imagine another inch would overtax the unit. I'm using t for a 65" Samsung. There appears to be PLENTY of room for a much larger TV, and the TransDeco is quite heavy, with a low center of gravity (though it rolls easily). I was initially toying with getting an 82" Samsung, and may still do so. This TransDeco was the unit I'd decided on, whichever TV I chose. Your 86" TV shouldn't be a problem. They provide several different sized bolts and spacers (if necessary, for TVs with curved backs). So if they can suspend an 85" TV, I can't believe an 86" would have bracket holes spaced any differently on the back. But to be completely sure, why not call TransDeco yourself? I'm looking at my assembly instructions right now.
