Answer:	I wouldn't say it's firm, but it's very soft and conforms to your body. If you don't like a soft bed, than I would not recommend

Answer:	Well, I personally find this mattress to be the perfect amount of firmness. I can sit in it comfortably and I sleep better than ever. I have had 3 friends and a family member purchase this bed since I received mine. A few factors, I weigh 130lbs, and the rave reviews have all come from folks under 185lbs. How it would hold up over 185lbs I cannot report, but the rest of us in that range have been more than pleased. It does definitely squish more if you sit on the edge, but lying down or sitting up in bed are both plenty firm, with the right amount of give. Also, I have a long term back and neck injury and am more comfortable in this bed than anywhere else in my life! Hope this helps a little.
