Answer:	I am assuming you are speaking about the right arm and the base. I had this same problem and figured out that the directions are backward. It tells you to slide the arm into the base but you are supposed to slide the base into the arm.

Answer:	It is a large ottoman that butts against the sofa. You get 3 bottom pillows: 2 small, 1 long. That allows you to configure the sofa as standard 3 seat sofa using 1 small and the long cushion. Or you can configure it as a chaise using the 2 small cushions on the sofa, pushing the ottoman base against the sofa and laying the long cushion on both the sofa and ottoman creating the chaise. We use the small cushions on either end, then butt the ottoman against the middle and place the long cushion over it and the middle of the sofa. Our dogs love it, they lay between us and snooze the evening away.

Question:	How deep are the drawers
Answer:	6 to 7 inches deep. I put 2 pillows in one and can fit sheet set and blanket in the other.
Question:	Can you pull the bed out without taking out the drawers
Answer:	You can pull the bed away from the wall and the drawers just come along. When you push the bed back up against the wall you will have to push each drawer back under....no problem.
Question:	What is the maximum weight limit for people sitting and sleeping on this futon? If bought, it'll be occasionally used to sleep 2 adults during visits
Answer:	Hi! This is a very sturdy/ solid futon. I just looked on a another website and the limit is 500 lbs. I've had a couple of guest sleep on ours and they say it's very comfortable. Hope this helps.
