Question:	Which is it 30" wide or 34" wide
Answer:	Not impressed by this knife. It is not easy to slice potatoes or meat. Food clings to the blade and it doesn't seem vary sharp. The package was very was difficult to open . I was almost going to give up and send back upon trying to open.
