Question:	Would this chair be good and comfortable ? I am disabled and need to raise my legs and feet up and live alone
Answer:	I find it to be quite comfortable but am not wide in the hips. The seat width measures about 19 inches between the arms so take that into account. The two motors seem strong and have no trouble raising my 205 pound weight. One raises/lowers the feet and legs and elevates/lowers the entire chair. The second motor reclines/raises the back.
Question:	Can you raise the leg rest before or without lowering the back? So that I can just lift my feet up
Answer:	Yes. The leg rest can be lifted without the back being lowered. The back can be completely straight upright and the foot rest extended. However, the chair will not lift until the foot rest is completely lowered and locked.
