Answer:	I think it would work if you mounted it with through bolts and kept the monitor positioned over the desk. Answer:	They only have plastic caps on the bottom, you would have to replace those with something that has a hole or threads to take caster wheels.

Answer:	I think I would contact the sellers and ask about the delay. This has previously happened to me and the reason was because the products were purchased from a store front or manufacturer who was not in North America and therefore would require a significant amount of time before delivery would occur. I now try to discover where the item will be shipped from and if the “ estimated delivery date” is more than a week from date of purchase I usually pass. I have seen delivery of 4 to 8 weeks listed on some products which do not state “ out of stock”. Read the reviews , both positive and especially the negatives, before you purchase anything because if there are instances where shipping is not prompt believe me people will say so!
