Answer:	Absolutely not! 15-20 minutes tops. If the manufacturer was smart they would sell these to the US Government for use in questioning terrorists. 8 hours in this thing and you will be crying for your Mama and spilling the beans on everything you've ever done. "...*WAAAAAAHHH!!*…and then this one time in pre-school...*sob!*…I pulled a girl's hair because I hated the color she was wearing…*AAAAAAARRRRGH!!!*…PLEASE LET ME GET UP FROM THIS THING!!! I'LL TELL YOU WHAT YOU WANT!!" I just received this one's $200 replacement today and it was money WELL spent. NEVER cheap out on where your butt is going to be sitting for 8+ hours a day.
Question:	Should the knob under the chair just twist to tighten and loosen tension or is there a trick to it? Mine doesn't turn to adjust it

Answer:	Of course - it is a chromatic tuner. It is very good.
Question:	What is the best way to clean the chair pad? When I put water on it, it looks to discolor it

Question:	Anyone have a hard time disassembling the chair for returns? Any tips on how to take the pump off
Answer:	So long as the harmonics are sclear enough the tuner will pick up the vibrations and do it's stuff. I'm not sure why you'd need to use harmonics when you have a tuner - the only time I've known it used that way is to tune a low E on a bass that was causing some difficulty so using the harmonic solved it.
