Question:	Why does the tilt not lock anymore? It just keeps falling back when I lean on it even with it locked
Answer:	After speaking with customer support, apparently the back tilt can loosen some. They sent me instructions on how to fix it. After following them the chair's recline lock seems to be working again. Ill add them below (the instructions) For the reclining lock issue, there's a really easy fix for this. Please try these three easy steps which should fix the issue for you. I'm attaching pics as well to help. 1) Locate and remove cap located opposite the chair lever, use pliers if needed 2) Tighten screw 3) Pop cap back on and you should be all set
Question:	Does this computer chair support your back well
Answer:	The chair does not have a knob to adjust back support. The back support is in a fixed position, no adjustment. Doesn’t support mine that well - I’m 5’10”

Question:	How tall are the arm rests on this chair
Answer:	They are 28" from the ground when the chair is fully raised, and about 8" above the seat. The arm rests are bolted to the seat and back, and can't be adjusted.
Question:	What is the thickness of the cushion
Answer:	It's a decent thickness. I'm not at home at the moment to give an exact measure but I can tell you that I'm 6'3, 325 pounds, I've sat in the chair for probably 150 hours and it hasn't deflated a bit. It's very comfortable and holds up well
Question:	How's the butt padding? Seriously, I need all the help I can get back there... is it decent and does it hold up
Answer:	When I bought this chair 2 years ago, I weighed 50 pounds heavier than now. Now that my butt is small, this chair is very rough on it. Other than the butt, the chair is comfortable and has held up good quality wise. But I am going to have to find a cushion of some kind to use in this chair

Answer:	I suppose you could sit on it when you're not standing on it to change a bulb, paint or doing other high household chores.

Answer:	No,the chair does not lean back. It's very stiff. The top section does move a bit and it's very comfortable.

Answer:	Maximum height is 23 inches from floor to seat, but it gives about an inch when you sit on it, so I'd say 22 inches.

Answer:	With the back of the seat pushed all the way forward there is 1.5 inches of space between the seat cushion and the support bar of the back of the seat and 3 inches from the bottom of the back cushion to the top of the seat cushion. Hope this answers your question.
