Answer:	Yes, the pump comes with the bike frame mounting bracket and screws to put it between your water bottle holder and frame tube. This position worked well for me, but if you wanted to mount it somewhere else it also has slots for using a couple zip ties. I don't remember if it came with the zip ties and rubber shimstock that would make this as easy, but that's easy to find at a bike shop and or a hardware store. I got the pump last christmas after shopping for it and putting it on my wishlist, and it is definitely the best minipump I have ever used, after having gone through half a dozen myself over the years and using a lot of other people's. I do long distance bike touring and this is the pump I bring, no contest. Up until now I had forgot to do a review on this pump, but now that you remind me I think I will.
