Answer:	I wipe mine down. I don't think they'd survive a washing machine because the cloth drawers have cardboard-like inserts and are thin. I use a slightly damp cloth to wipe them and it works just fine. All in all I am still very happy with the product.

Answer:	I found the hooks buried inside one of the pockets. If you have already checked all the pockets and still do not have the hooks, you can just get 2 over-the-door hooks like what you might hang a Christmas wreath with, then use zip ties to run through the holes in the top of the hanger and hang from the wreath hooks. But, check the pockets first!
