Answer:	I find that if I’m wearing an undershirt or camisole, they stay up a bit better. Usually they hold real well the first day or two after washing, but any longer then that and they start to sag a bit on me. They are a great fit though. My favorite jeans.

Answer:	They are called 'mid rise', but fit more like a high rise. I have 10 Long, and they come up to my navel in front and on the sides sit just above my hip bones, which keeps them sliding down like some lower rise pants do and creates less of a 'muffin top' effect. Many 10's aren't quite big enough, but with their stretch the 10s are comfortable. Many of my other pants are 12s.
