My wife is a side/front sleeper). However, over time, the dips got much worse to where I was waking up with extreme pain in my middle back. My side of the bed had a large flat area where the memory foam was completely collapsed. Even my wife's side had collapsed most of the way (120lbs her vs 200lbs for me). We took the topper off and went back to the original mattress underneath, which was 16 years old at that point, and sleep much better on it - though it is quite a bit firmer. I had high hopes for memory foam based on the reviews. I suspect most of these reviews are posted when the topper is new and I would agree at that point - it was wonderful - like sleeping on a cloud. I just wish it hadn't collapsed... I may try to get one from a local store with a long return policy, since my experience with this shows that it showed signs of failure after just a few months. |

| Answer: | We ship from California. Depending where you are located, it can differ. To ship to the east coast, it takes well around 5-7 business days. Anywhere in the central states, it takes about 4-6 business days. West coast is very quick, within 2-3 business days. If you place the order prior to 9:00am pacific time, your order will ship out the same day. If it's any time after, it will ship out the following business day. |

| Answer: | I tried it on my original mattress which is fairly hard and it feels amazing. Great mix of comfort and not feeling like a marshmallow you sink into. I can't comment on it in top of a memory foam mattress but if it is a fairly dense mattress for support it will be a great fit. You won't think so feeling by hand but after sleeping on it the depth was great. |

| Answer: | I guess the best answer I can give for this is that regular memory foam feels "dryer" or "crisper" to me. It's still squishy, but you don't sink into the bed as much and it has a little bit more resistance. This gel infused one feels more dense and that makes it more squishy for some reason. I like it much better than the regular memory foam. |
