Answer:	I can't find any information about them either. I contacted Amazon to inquire about how to register for the 10 year warranty. Or what I need to do for the warranty to be effective. They couldn't find any info either. The mattress is comfortable but I'm not sure it's going to last 10 years.

Answer:	Coils are mostly quiet thanks to the foam layer on top. But if you sit down really hard or jump around, you can hear and feel them. Similar to what you would hear from jumping on a full coil mattress.

Question:	How does this bed hold up to certain "physical activities
Answer:	Great question as I have a 180 lb 26 year old who is emotionally 4. (Autism) He bounces! Bounces! Bounces! He has broken countless pieces of furniture. Couches, chairs, even a toilet. He has destroyed beds since he was 8 years old. Frames, box springs, mattresses. I will try this mattress with his old foam mattress under it on a steel frame that has held up well. He hasn’t had Springs for years at the expense of foam which only holds up to his bouncing, hanging off the edge in the same place, and falling on it from standing, for 12-18 mos. Wish us luck!

Answer:	Nope, I use mine on my platform bed and its great! Again, if you read the description, it is memory foam with pillow fluffy on the upper part of the mattress and (because its considered a hybrid) it has multiple springs on the lower half. (essentially it is doing what box springs would do, therefore, in my opinion no box springs are necessary!

Question:	Why is the pricing for the full size like 1600 but the king is only
Answer:	We just brought down the price of the King to about half of where it was in anticipation of our much higher volumes as we do a full scale launch of our Snuggle-Pedic Mattress over the next month. As we produce each size in the volumes necessary to offer this lower pricing, we will be dropping the price point for that particular size. Our full size mattress production run will be finished within a week or so and trigger a steep drop in pricing at that time.
Question:	Does anyone have experience with Purple vs Snuggle-Pedic
Answer:	In looking at the differences between the Purple mattress and the Snuggle-Pedic mattress, here are some considerations: Purple uses an elastic polymer that is fashioned into square pockets that would be very firm, but they do bend in different directions to allow give. The resulting feel is quite different than the contouring surface that Snuggle-Pedic uses with the buoyant Snuggle-Flex memory foam. Since we manufacture everything right in our Southern California factory and produce every type of mattress, we have practically every range of firmness possible. Specifically, the indentation Force Deflection (IFD), also known as the Indentation Load Deflection (ILD) is approximately 17 for the top comfort layers and 36 for the bottom base layer (there is always a tolerance range). We have used comfort layers that were twice as soft or even twice as firm, but we certainly see an in between the most often. With the base layer, we would not usually want to make such a drastic change, so in some cases we may add an in between transition layer, but we still have all ranges of possibilities and can even re-enforce the mattress in an extreme obese situation, though we have a 500 lb. per person and 1000 overall weight limit on the mattress already, so that is highly unlikely.

Answer:	Normally, our mattress only needs 3 hours to fully expand. But you'd better wait for 12 hours before sleeping on it just in case.

Answer:	Thanks for you question. It’s my honor to test the edge support for you. I’m 140lb. When I lie on the edge, the sinkage is so slight that it is only second to none. When I sit on the edge（where I am sitting directly on the edge of the mattress）, the sinkage is about 1 inch. When I stand on the edge on my feet, the sinkage is 2.5-3 inch. When I stand on the edge on only one foot, the sinkage is about 4.5 inch. I hope these dates help.

Answer:	Thank you for your professional question! The cover is expensive Cashmere, the top goat hair that is far better than ordinary wool and Merino. The diameter of cashmere hair is below 19μ, which means it is thinner than human hair that is 75μ. The latex layer is 1 inch thick. Density is 3.4263 lb/ft³. latex raw materials from Thailand. It is natural latex. Our coils are made of high-carbon steel wire. The guage(diameter ) of the coils is 2mm. Here are the number of coils in every size of the mattress: Twin: 496, Full: 682, Queen: 825, King: 1056. I hope those help.

Steps For Unpacking

For shipment concern, the mattress is compressed, rolled, and vacuum sealed in two packing bags - a beige inner bag and a blue outer bag. Here are some tips for unpacking:

*Lay the bag on its side,then remove the mattress out.

*Cutting the cover bag CAREFULLY with scissors. Please DO NOT use a knife, as this may result in damage to your mattress surface.

*Roll out the compressed mattress on to a clean, flat surface, fluffy side up.

*Carefully cut open the plastic bag along the edges. The mattress instantly begins to decompress. Remove the bag.

*Allow bed to fully recover before adding bed linens.It may take 48 to 72 hours to fully expend.
