Answer:	No - There is absolutely no UL certification on this product and I suspect that it would not pass - I took it apart - This is a very low cost device and the fact that wall power (120V) runs through it is kind of scary - There is no circuit breaker in it that I can find so if you were to connect something to this that overloaded it, it would not shut off - It would get hot, melt, and potentially short your phone or other USB device directly to 120V causing major damage or fire. I am giving this thing a 1 star review. I took it apart and was kind of shocked - Though for the price, I guess I shouldn't be.

It does not come with a charger, and the charger is what works with the phone battery to decide when to stop charging. If you use your phone charger with this it should be fine. It also supports fast charging secs including Anker's IQ, Qualcomm QC3, and whatever Samsung's proprietary is called. I used it with an S8 and a powered USB 3 hub to keep teh phone charged while at my desk and have been quite satisfied with the performance.

Answer:	In the package is just the stand if I recall. Use your existing cable/charger and plug it into the back of the stand instead of your phone. Very nice stand which has the wheel on the back which adjusts the height of the USB-C plug that goes into your phone. With the adjustable height you can go from a naked phone to probably just about any phone case and still be able to charge your phone without removing your phone from its protective case. I bought another charging stand before this one and with my protective case the plug wouldn't reliably connect with my phone. This case works great!
