Answer:	The space underneath is 75"long x 39" wide x 29" high.
Question:	If a twin mattress was put on the floor underneath, would there be enough room to sit up on it
Answer:	For a very small child, yes. My five year old is on top and my 3yr old is at the bottom. It will do just fine if it's in a smaller room occupied by small children. I'd say there's around two feet of space in between but that also depends on width of mattress.
Question:	How many inches are between the middle edges of the slide and ladder? Can you put a toddler bed under it in a perpendicular direction
Answer:	It will be a tight fit, but can be done. We have placed a toy box underneath, but there’s not a ton of head space under there, so it would have to be a small kid or bigger child would have to bend down and mainly just sit under there.

Answer:	No. There is no room to do so. You would have to build a different bed support.

Answer:	On a scale of 1 - 10, I would say they are an 9. Pretty solid, but a 10 would be unbreakable :). My 4 year old daughter is a little rough on drawers and these ones stand up to her abuse just fine! Very solid dresser.

Answer:	A twin XL is 6” longer. Yes there is a slight gap, but you only have about 2” extra to work with, so a twin XL will definitely not fit. I’d recommend using a thick comforter or something else if the gap is a concern.

Answer:	No! This bed measures 70 inches high at the highest peak. It is a great bed. My granddaughter loves it. I would highly suggest to get the drawers that go under the bed for storage too. It gives a more complete look while adding a large storage area as well.

Answer:	Honestly, I love this bed but the slide fell off when my son was going down it and it ruined over $100 worth of slot car products. It needs to have extra screws. Donco replaced the board that broke to the actual bed then my dad came over and modified the placing of the screws and added a few extra. Big disappointment with his track being ruined though. It was only bought a few months ago and did not get used more than a handful of times before it was broken by the slide coming down on it.
