How to attach double-sided 3M adhesive:

1. Lie heat pad on flat surface.

Question:	Is the mat flexible at all, can it be bent slightly
Answer:	It is a bit flexible, but I don't think the sticky back will hold for very long if it has any kind of bend to it. So if you're planning on using the sticky on a curve, I don't think it will hold for very long. If you just want to put it on a slight curve and not stick it down, it might be o.k. I'm pretty sure it says it is supposed to be used flat though. If you're thinking to bend it slightly to get it inside of a cage, these don't go on the bottom inside cages. Outside of the bottom only. Wall heating is fine though. They do work fantastic too!! Very happy with mine!!
Question:	Does the temperature controller come with the heat mat
Answer:	No, the pad delivers a preset amount of heat - all or nothing - when plugged in. I have a 60 gallon terrarium and I apply a variety of sizes of heaters, then adjust the heat by adding and removing power as needed. Hope this helps.
Question:	Should there be a thin spacer under 4 corners of tank? So tank edge doesn't pinch the pads electric cord
Answer:	There should be some rubber spacers on each corner of the terrarium, not just for the cord, but also so the glass doesn’t overheat and possibly crack or even burn your animal. You need airflow to keep the temp stable. And one of my heat pads, it didn’t come with spacers. So I just went to Home Depot to pick some up for like three bucks.
Question:	I place my heat mat on a side of the tank, but it seems to not reach the desired temperature I need. The max temp is 70 degrees
Answer:	I'm not sure why you have this problem. Maybe you aren't using a thermostat or your specific item was damaged in shipping somehow? Mine reaches 95 with no problem.

Answer:	Is there anyway to disable that clicking sound? I just got mine today and its right next to my bed so its really irritating clicking on and off every 5 minutes.

Answer:	With the wattage and amperage it says it can supply it should easily be able to handle 2 lamps. Just run a strip off the plug and only have them 2 lamps controlled by the thermostat. AGAIN, as long as it will handle what they say it can handle. A 100watt bulb should only pull just under 1 amp.

Answer:	Is it plugged in properly? Is the thermostat hooked up and set to the right temps?

Answer:	I use this for two Ball Pythons and so leopard gecko and it works well ( make sure you get the appropriate size for your reptiles- my leopard gecko uses a smaller Matt than the snakes) but the thermostat isp really great for monitoring and maintaining temperature one the mat.

Answer:	I bought the same pad and plugs it in set it to 80 degrees and it wouldn't heat up past 70 I even left it overnight but it didn't work

Answer:	I bought this product not selling it but I have seen that size. When ordering there should be an option to change sizing too. Good luck.

Answer:	If you want to control the temperature, you'll need to get a thermostat to attach it to. If you plug this in into a normal outlet, it'll just stay on indefinitely at around 95-100 degrees and warm up the area around it.

Answer:	It can heat up to around 38 centigrade and stay in this temperature.

Answer:	Not sure about plastic. I am using mine on an aquarium. I have used similar pads to germinate seeds and have placed the plastic flower bed trays on top without any problem.

Answer:	Yes, The only disadvantage is the cord. I also used this unit inside a Wooden box for a Bearded Dragon but I cut a access hole on the lower back side on my box for the plug in cord. I couldn’t have it running out the top due to lid. I would cover is with 1/2-1 inch of substrate. Perfect warming spots for all reptiles

Answer:	I would think so if the habitat is not to large and the room is not to cold. For me, It has the ability to maintain a constant temp (72) for a small aquarium 10"x20" where the room is (60). I would consider having good contact with the heater and aquarium or floor of the habitat and monitor the temp of the floor with the included thermometer and and additional on for habitat ambient.
Question:	Can this be use under a dog kennel

Question:	Does this get too hot for a leopard gecko
Answer:	I use this for my lepard Geckos. It does get hot but I purchased a plug in to regulate the temperature for them so I don't have any issues with it. The pad heater plugs into the power strip for the thermometer gage and you just set the temp as needed. Hope this helps!!
