Answer:	I have a king-size mattress with two box springs plus the added weight of myself 200lbs. My son that's 6'2" and is over 250lbs jumped on the bed and it did not break.

Answer:	I installed this frame for a seldom-used guest room bed. Here are two figures— bearing in mind that the bed is set up on wall-to-wall carpeting with about .25” ‘give’ at the bottom. From the floor to the bottom of the frame is 6”, if you’re thinking about sliding a storage drawer underneath the bed. But for figuring the ‘drop’ for a bed skirt — i.e. from just underneath the mattress down to the floor — i give it 7 inches. It’s surprisingly sturdy for the price, and the fact that it’s held together by gravity and friction/pressure.
Question:	can I attach a headboard to this frame
Answer:	Yes, depending on the headboard. My wife and I bought a new headboard and the holes did not line up. It wasn’t that big a deal, we just had to drill new ones. This doesn’t mean you’ll have the same issue, but just a heads up.

And if you have a box spring you can put it between the boxspring and the frame and then between the mattress and the box spring. Question:	Can two adults sleep on this bed
Answer:	This accepts a standard full size mattress. The dimensions for a full are 54W x 74L, or 4.5 feet wide by approx 6 feet long, and there is a weight limit of 250lbs. So yes, theoretically it could fit two adults of demure to modest stature, although you would be awfully cramped and probably have some limbs hanging off of the sides.
Question:	How wide is it, and How tall is it
Answer:	It is 72" tall. We have 9' ceilings and it works great. If your ceiling is 8', I imagine it would be cramped up there. It's exactly as long and wide as a full sized bed, adding a little all the way around for the metal - so, the specs on the amazon description (81"L x 58.50D") are probably accurate. As for underneath... I am 5'6" and I have to stoop a bit. My son, who is 5'9" loves it under there, though! You just have to make sure you don't forget and stand up from your chair too fast!
Question:	What is the height under where the mattress goes
Answer:	Im not sure what you are asking. I think you might be trying to figure out how much space you need for the mattress? I had a MAJOR problem here and could not use the bed because our ceiling was not tall enough. Even with a thin mattress you need a nine foot ceiling. My ex is a carpenter and foreman of 25 years training. He came over to put up the bed and told me that he would have to cut the frame down or fix the bed so the mattress/bed would be used on the bottom. If we tried to use it in our eight foot ceiling bedroom you would barley be able to turn over in your sleep, flip the mattress over, change the sheets, etc. It might work for a very short time for a small child, but as soon as they grow, they won't fit. Another problem, is the stairs. At the top of them, there is barely enough room to get from the top stair to the top of the bed. It is a very slim space to move around in. I cant imagine a parent never needing to get up there for all the obvious reasons. I can only imagine how many major oowwi's from that whole situation.
Question:	would adding a bunkie board allow it to support more than the current weight limit? (i read that the current weight limit is 300 lbs from walmart

Answer:	No, it is not flexible in arrangement of the ladders or desk. If you had the proper tools for drilling into metal and were handy you might be able to find a way to make it work, but it wouldn't be easy and it might compromise the integrity of the frame.

Question:	I own this bed and it's super noisy, every time I move it makes squeaky noises that wake me up at night. Is this for all or is mine faulty
Answer:	If you assembled the bed and used the plastic clips between the bed rails and where the rails go into the frame and it still makes noise I would go back and retighten all the Allen bolts. Mine has no noise.

Answer:	It would be a number 2 Phillips head screwdriver. I find it comical that people just say standard size LOL. There are a number of different sizes for a Phillips head.

Answer:	Hi Grace2u, I paired this frame with the DHP 6 inch mattress (Bought both from the same company just to be safe because I wanted to make sure they would fit). I did some research and a lot of the reviews about the 8 inch mattress said that it was too thick to fold up easily into a couch, so I went with the 6 inch. If you're looking for the squishy tempurpedic mattress, the 6-inch won't match your needs, but if you like a relatively firm mattress, I would highly recommend this futon. In my honest opinion, the it is one of the most comfortable futons I've ever slept on and I would say that you could easily use this everyday! The only issue I had was the smell, but it wears off in a few days.As for the actual frame, I mostly just leave it in the couch position. For me, it is a little difficult to move between couch and futon position because of the stiffness. But otherwise, the frame does it's job! I think it also matters which futon you use it with. I am pretty happy with the combination that I bought!

Answer:	I bought this headboard and foot board for my daughter and when we put the mattress and box spring on there they ended up taking the boxspring off because the whole headboard almost was covered

Answer:	My mattress is about 150lbs. I am 260lbs and my wife is 130ish and it holds us no problem.

Question:	Is this easily disassembled for moving
Answer:	It comes with a headboard attachment. Do not know if footboard add on is available
Question:	What material are the slats made out of
Answer:	I did not purchase a king size frame, only queen and it does not squeak or make noise. Does not rock or sway — it’s very sturdy.
Question:	Are the slats held down by screws or something like socket grooves, so that they don't slide around
Answer:	The frame does not stick out from the mattress, nor does it extend past the end of the mattress. An added bonus, there is no noise, squeaks or creaking with this bed frame and we have a very heavy king mattress.
Question:	How big is the gap underneath the headboard? If we have a 12 inch mattress will there be any type of gap
Answer:	We have a standard king and it fits great, there is maybe about 2 inches in width extra on the sides but not sure what the measurements of a CA King size is, sorry. Definitely like the frame though, does not slide on a tile floor. Good luck.
