Answer:	The bowl easily holds 1 to 1.5 cup of dog kibble. The dog is 60#. There is, I believe, a smaller bowl. Sorry I don’t know anything about cats.

Answer:	I'm sorry, I don't know where the bowl is made. I didn't keep the packaging materials and there is no marking on the bowl saying where it was manufactured --- I would guess China. It works well, I think Bella has fun using it, and exercises her body and her brain.

Answer:	We do not recommend using helium as it is costly and the garland will not float, even with helium. We recommend using a hand balloon pump or an electric balloon pump, both of which are great, reusable tools and can be found on Amazon

Answer:	Depending on the flexibility of your space, you can use command hooks or painter's tape. How to Make Tissue Paper Pom Poms

1. You have a long strip of tissue paper in front of you that does not yet look anything like the paper flower on the package.

2. Unfold the tissue paper to the outside with the edges. The strips of tissue paper are joined together in the finished paper flower.

3. Carefully pull the layers of tissue paper apart one by one.Tissue paper is so thin that can therefore tear easily.

4. When all the strips have been pulled apart, the paper flower has become slightly oval, you should create a more rounded shape with your hand gently.

5. Now, you can hang the paper flower anywhere you want, such as hang them on the ceiling, above a table, under the veranda, or on the branches in trees.
