Answer:	I think they are for a medium width foot. However, I have a 13 XXW foot and they help a lot. They are very flexible and could be easily trimmed if you have a very narrow foot. They are extremely comfortable and after 5 minutes I wasn't even aware it was in place. I only need it for my left foot. You get 2 left and 2 right cushions. I have successfully used the right one on the left. I have found them to be a great help in relieving discomfort from the hammer toe.

Answer:	I found the toe separators hard to manage in my shoes and dismal in socks. This is to keep your toe from curving under another toe. I find them soft and comfy AND it does the job.
