Answer:	yes. it will fit 8 inch and bigger.

Answer:	I purchased on Sept 7, 2020 so maybe it's the old Poly/Spandex. Whatever it's made of it pilled by December 2020 & now feels rough to the touch. Otherwise, it fit well and I liked it.
