Answer:	The tablets are sublingual which, as you know, means that you let it dissolve under your tongue. There's no reason not to swallow as it dissolves. You do need to move it around so it doesn't stay in contact with the same area. I have gotten impatient and chewed the last little bit. It's a good product. 120 tablets is much more convenient than the 30 I can get at my nutrition store.
